General Ordering Information

How does your pricing work?

For the majority of products the cost you see on each product page and at checkout include the cost of the item, one logo artwork setup, and customization on one location per item. 

We offer discounts with bulk orders on a per product basis. The more you buy, the more you save! The set-up fee applies whether you order two items or two hundred. It pays to buy in bulk because you can spread the set-up fee across multiple units. For example: 

If you buy one shirt for $30, you would pay 30 + 39.99 (plus standard shipping rates) For that one item. However, if you purchase 5 items for $30, you would pay 150 (5x30) + 39.99 0r 189.99, which equates to 37.99 per item. When you bulk, you save.

Add-ons such as multiple logo setups, imprint locations, and personalization can be added (if applicable for the product) through the "Specific Instruction" section.

What is a "Set Up Fee" ?

Embroidery requires an image file to be processed into a format that makes it compatible with the embroidery machine. For orders of $300 or more we can waive the set-up fee when the items are all using the same image. If the items will have multiple images, the minimum order for fee waiver is $450. For example, your custom polo has a logo on the left chest and a name on the right, or your hat has a logo on the front and a phone number on the back. As long as the image is the same we can waive the set-up fee. 

If there are different color versions of the same image, the fee may be waived for a maximum of two versions. If you have multiple color options of the same image, please contact for a quote. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after placement for no additional charge at all. Full or partial orders needing to be canceled after that 48-hour window will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the order value. After your proof has been approved, or auto-approved by missing that 48-hour window, the order will enter production and therefore cannot be canceled.

What kind of artwork can I upload?

If you have them, we prefer high-resolution JPEG, PDF, EPS, PNG or AI images. However, we will take whatever you've got--we've seen pretty much everything! (NOTE: You only need to upload your image file once per order--i.e. it doesn't need to be uploaded with each style and/or color you are purchasing.)

Can I use my own garment?

Yes, but... No technology is infallible and there is always the risk of damage to the garment at some point in the process. We handle all products with care but a damage waiver is necessary to cover the remote potential of damage to the item. We recommend that you allow us to supply you with embroidery garments to one, avoid the risk of damage to a personal item, two, allow us to use our network of suppliers to ensure consistency and quality over multiple orders. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

When do you charge my credit card?

We authorize your card once you place the order on our website and funds are collected within 24 hours of order placement.

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or the imprint quality isn’t what you expected, contact our Customer Service team at info@wilsonembroidery.com and we will find a suitable resolution. Your experience with Wilson Monogram and Embroidery means everything to us and we will do our best to work with you on any issue. We must be notified of all issues within 30 days.

Receive Product Mockup

We'll send you a mockup of your order and begin production within 24 hours of notifying you that we received your order.
